abstract = {Currently, the care of women in pregnancy plays an essential role in improving the clinical conditions of women and babies through early detection of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy. For this reason, the clinical guidelines define blood pressure monitoring as a component for the detection of those disorders. In response to this problem, this paper proposes the design of an electronic prototype focused on the acquisition of blood pulses and weight, transmitting the information obtained through Bluetooth to a computer that processes the information obtained through Random Forest, obtaining the patient's blood pressure. As a result, a MAE of 3.215 and 1.55 mmHg is obtained for the systolic and diastolic pressure, respectively. This work is directed to the use of e-Health and artificial intelligence techniques to improve the quality of life of women in the gestational stage or patients who need to monitor their blood pressure during their daily activities.},

abstract = {We know that SARS-Cov2 produces the new COVID-19 disease, which is one of the most dangerous pandemics of modern times. This pandemic has critical health and economic consequences, and even the health services of the large, powerful nations may be saturated. Thus, forecasting the number of infected persons in any country is essential for controlling the situation. In the literature, different forecasting methods have been published, attempting to solve the problem. However, a simple and accurate forecasting method is required for its implementation in any part of the world. This paper presents a precise and straightforward forecasting method named SVR-ESAR  (Support Vector regression hybridized with the classical Exponential smoothing and ARIMA). We applied this method to the infected time series in four scenarios, which we have taken for the Github repository: the Whole World, China, the US, and Mexico. We compared our results with those of the literature showing the proposed method has the best accuracy.},

The most common methods for autonomous guidance are through the position obtained from an RTK-GPS and by artificial vision. For both cases, sensors have to be implemented that help the task assigned, such as LIDAR sensors, proximity sensors, among others, that detect the tractor to know the working environment and define the correct route and even avoid collision, to comply with the assigned task, managing to improve production time and quality. abstract = {With  the  increasing  presence  of  Big  Data

there   arises   the   need   to   group   large   instances.

These  instances  present  a  number  of  objects  with

multidimensional features, which require to be grouped

in   hundreds   or   thousands   of   clusters.   This   article

presents a new improvement to the K-means algorithm,

which  is  oriented  to  the  efficient  solution  of  instances

with  a  large  number  of  clusters  and  dimensions.  This

heuristic  is  called  Honeycomb  (HC)  and  it  is  based

on the relationship between the number of dimensions

and the number of centroids that form a neighborhood.

That is, the heuristic allows the reduction of the number

of  distance  calculations  for  each  object.  The  heuristic

was  validated  by  solving  a  set  of  synthetic  instances

obtaining  reductions  in  execution  time  of  up  to  90 %

and a quality reduction of less than 1 %, with respect to

standard  K-means.  For  real  instances  of  low  and  high

dimensionality,  HC  obtained  a  reduction  of  execution

time   between   84.74 %   and   95.44 %   with   a   quality

reduction   between   1.07 %   and   1.62 %,   respectively.

The   experimental   results   are   encouraging   because

this heuristic would benefit those domains that require

instances with a continuous increase of the number of

objects, dimensions and clusters},

abstract = {In this paper was raised as support to the rescue of the indigenous language called hñähñu (Otomí) existing in Mexico, in order to further develop the learning of this language in children's basic level, providing a teaching tool different from usual that children interact. abstract = {Physical, statistical models or a combination of both are used for the wind power prediction. Physical models considered meteorological and geophysical data to determine the value of the speed of the wind and with this power generation; statistical models, on the other hand, used historical data of electric generation. The latter integrated wind speed obtained from a numerical model. If the wind speed is not forecast within a range of acceptable error, power generation forecast will be affected in a critical way. This study presents the development of a hardware-software infrastructure to provide a short-term wind forecast, 4 times a day using the model Regional Atmospheric Modeling System (RAMS) and the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) 1 km resolution in an area of 1344 km2 located in the South of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, Oaxaca. From the models are obtained datasets at the height of 80 m. Databases used as initial conditions and frontier models are data from the Global Forecast System (GFS) of the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) for a period of one year. As the technique of adjustment models of prognosis numerical of weather (NWP) was implemented Kalman filter algorithm trying to eliminate systematic errors that are generated when modeling at levels close to the Earth's surface. As an option of statistical models were 3 models Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) using historical data of wind speed. Forecast of the wind speed of all configurations was validated by comparing it with data measured at 80 m with a weather station located in the area, which belongs to the National Institute of electricity and clean energies (INEEL). Chai and Draxler [4] recommended using more than one metric to validate the models. The statistics were used in this study: mean absolute deviation (MAD), the mean absolute error (MAE) and the root of the mean square error (RMSE). The results show that the best model of forecasting for the period of 5 days is the WRF with an average RMSE of 2.48 and MAE average of 1.7. Forecasts 24 hours the best choice turned out to be the Kalman filter applied to the outputs of the RAMS model. This model shows the mean values of RMSE 1.74 and MAE of 1.32. Taking into account these results were operationally configured models and in a geographical information system provided the best forecasts 4 times a day every 6 hour. As future work in the short term is planned to make the forecast of wind and comparison of actual power generation with the forecasted for the wind turbine KWT300 (300 kW) located within the Regional Centre of Technology (CERTE) of the INEEL.},

abstract = {The soccer players always have sought to improve its performance. There are methodologies, diets, and an excellent coach to improve the soccer skills. In this paper, we propose the use of metrics or statistical indicators for improving the soccer performance. Additionally we take into consideration the rating of the individual errors with negative points: Goals Shots Off Target, Not goals from direct free-kicks and indirect free-kicks, Unsuccessful dribbles, Caught Opposition Offside, Unsuccessful Shots free-kicks or indirect free-kicks, Head Shots Off the target, Shots Off Target, Unsuccessful Long /short passes, Pass Directions incorrect, Pass Lengths incorrect, Pass Locations incorrect, Duels lost on the offensive/defensive, Aerial duels lost on the offensive/defensive, Own goals, Penalties conceded, Defensive mistakes, Fouls Committed, Corner Crosses / direct or indirect free-kicks conceded, Throw-ins conceded, Yellow or red cards, Substituted off, and others, which significantly affects the soccer performance of the team, to the metric called Motivation Index or lack of motivation. A European soccer match was analyzed to obtain the index of motivation and thereby determine the relationship of the index with the final outcome of the match. We use the NacSports software to perform an analysis of videos of a soccer match.},
